When enquiring about orders

Hi Getmusic Customers!

I just wanted to write a quick note here...

When posting a question about a specific order you've made with Getmusic, please include your order number as it will allow us to help you much faster. This will also reduce response times and waiting for answers.

    I have just received my delivery for order number GMA175841. I ordered 2 copies of The Great Australian Song Book Premium and the delivery note says that 2 were shipped but only 1 was in the box when I opened it.

    Could you arrange delivery to me of the 2nd copy please?

    I have sent 3 requests to follow up items missing from my order - These were sent on 17/10/11, 25/11/11 and 9/12/11 - and yet I am still awaiting contact!!!

    You might get music but you sure get no customer service!

    Can someone please contact me to advise on the missing item or to refund me!

    We are very sorry you have not heard from us - the only communication we have on record with you is from the 17/10/2011 to which we replied with:

    We are extremely sorry for the delay you are experiencing in receiving the entirety of your order.

    Unfortunately our warehouse has just informed us that we have run out of stock of the Lady Gaga - Fame Monster T-shirt.

    As we are unable to inform you of when more will arrive from overseas we would like to offer you the following two options:

    a) Choose any other product to the value of $7.95 from our website www.getmusic.com.au
    b) We can action a refund for you.

    Please reply to this email indicating your chosen option.

    We appreciated your understanding and would like to apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this situation may have caused.

    - Please reply ASAP so we can rectify this matter for you urgently.
