short stack dvd voucher redemption
Hi - the Short Stack dvd voucher we got as part of our package deal for buying the cinema launch tix worked fine last night. I have verification emails telling me the dvd will be shipped at $0.00 cost after Nov 4, but there's a note at the foot that says make sure there's money in my account. Do I have to do this?? Thanks

The snippet of text you see on your email is a default paragraph we have with all our "Pre-Order" products. You specific voucher for the Short Stack campaign does cover both the DVD and the shipping cost, so please rest assured there will no charges to any accounts.

I cannot get the site to bring up anything to redeem the vouchers I have, could someone tell me how I can get the short stack DVD with the voucher numbers I have please?

Hi Linda,
You need to be a Getmusic member before you can redeem this voucher.
After you have logged in, please visit: http://checkout.beta.getmusic.com.au/... to enter your voucher code.
Once you have done this, it will automatically add the DVD to your cart and then you can proceed to checkout.

Hi Emily,
It sounds like you have other products in your shopping cart and currently our system only allows "Pre-Orders" to be purchased by themselves.
If you do have other items in your cart, please remove them and then try to redeem the voucher again.

Ok Emily. Both of those vouchers were set as "Redeemed" meaning they wouldn't work any longer, but I did look up your orders and they have not gone through.
Due to limitations on our "Voucher Redemption" system, can you please try to redeem 1 voucher code, and then complete the checkout process.
Then try again on a separate transaction for the second voucher code.
Let me know if this works.

There was a product hidden in your cart, you couldn't see it, but I could. I was able to clear it and we're all good!
As for the paragraph you copied, you will not be charged, that is a standard paragraph we include on all Pre-Orders
I can also confirm that:
A) You vouchers are redeemed
B) The orders in our system

My story is - I attended the Premier of The Story Of Short Stack in Canberra on the 27th. The quality of the documentary wasn't good and the live broadcast didn't work. Refunds were given to nearly everyone there. I got a refund too, does this mean I can't redeem my DVD voucher? Or is it still redeemable? I tried to redeem it on getmusic.com and it said "Voucher Successfully redeemed" but now it says I have nothing in my shopping cart. My voucher number is: 8B1FAF55677D. Would someone please keep me up-to-date with what is happening with my voucher? If it does not work I would like to honestly know, so I can pre-order/order the DVD soon.
