Hi Jacqueline,

It looks like you're browsing from a Mobile Phone/Tablet and the browser is missing the scrollbar (not supported) that is placed on the right hand side of the window.

Do you have access to a Desktop to download from?

Also, what device (Model and Manufacturer) is that so we can look into it and see if we can apply a fix in the coming weeks.

Its a Gallaxy S2, and i dont own a computer...
Is it not possible to maybe send the albums i purchased seperate? All thats showing is Are You Involved.
