How long does it take to get a CD?
Purchased a Seal CD Soul 2 with my Ticketek tickets. They say it is sent from you. They list my order number as 111219,193700. Ordered and paid for 19/12/2011. When will I receive this 'Physical Album' CD?

Thanks for your enquiry.
Unfortunately we are experiencing an unexpected delay in being able to despatch your Seal album to you.
We experienced slightly more of a demand than expected and unfortunately
cannot provide you with your album until they arrive from the supplier.
We are hoping the arrival of these albums will take place next week.
We sincerely apologise for the delay and if you could email us at contact@getmusic.com.au we will be able to provide you with the digital download link for the time being.

Still waiting on my Seal album. How much longer??? So would a refund be in order? It has been more than three weeks since you thought albums were arriving "next week". What is the current excuse for non delivery?

Unfortunately until the album arrives in our warehouse from our suppliers there is nothing we can do.
We have followed up with our supplier multiple times and have been guaranteed the Seal album will arrive shortly. However we, just like you are still waiting.
We hope that you have had the oppotunity to listen to the digital album if not please contact us at contact@getmusic.com.au and request the download link.
If you would like a refund please contact your ticketing company.

Phew, here we are March 12th, and i ordered and paid for this CD December 2011. I would really love to receive my CD, because the whole refund process is just another heap of hassle. Any updates on delivery status???

Wow, I had my CD delivered this morning. Straight on player and hike the volume. NOT GOOD!!!! Track 3 is problematic, Track 4 and on is unreadable. You have got to be kidding me. How do I return this CD??? My player is not the issue and there appears to be no physical damage to the CD. It is a bad burn obviously, corrupted in production.
If I have to bear the cost of return postage and replacement, I will be very unhappy. So disappointed.
Please respond with details of either refund or replacement, and how I can get this happening. -
