If you have purchased tickets to the Seal concert, Getmusic will fulfill your download and will email you the download details once we've received your email address from the Ticketing agency.

We generally fulfil these downloads once a week on a Thursday/Friday afternoon.

Please allow us time to process the lists from the Ticket Agencies and send the download details.

We appreciate your patience

So, it's been another week since I last posted. Still no sign of an email from GetMusic. 9th of November I paid for this. GetMusic said 2 weeks. It's now been 26 days.

If I haven't received my album by Friday afternoon I will contact Ticketek to lodge a complaint.

Please, help me sort this out so I will want to do business with you again. In this day and age there is no reason I should have had to wait 2 weeks in the first place, and you've had nearly 4. This is not acceptable.
