Refunds will not be offered in the following instances:
-where you’ve changed your mind regarding the product purchased or ordered;
-where the products have been damaged due to incorrect or unintended use once they have been received by you; and
-where we have proof of delivery (note that in some instances we require a customer signature upon receipt of goods);
Please keep this in mind when purchasing items on site.

To Whom It May Concern,
I just purchased a Carrie Underwood and Sunny Cowgirls album
that i thought would be sent to my home as an album cd but when reviewing my receipt
realised that the music has to be downloaded on the site .... I would like the album
cds sent to my house and i will be willing to pay the extra for the albums or if not available i would like a complete refund ... i have not
downloaded any of the content purchased .....
